RETURN POLICY

Is something not quite right? Don’t worry, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full return and full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Need to return something? Click here and create your own return label.

 

Your item must:

– Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
– Be unworn & returned in original condition.
– Include the original packaging.

Once we receive the item back and verify it is unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued. 

 

EXTENDED RETURN POLICY

Effective from October 25, 2019 until December 31, 2019 all new orders will be covered under the extended return policy making it possible to return your gifts until January 31, 2020.

 

RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

Receive a damaged item? Please reach out to our customer support team at support@faye-jewelry.co and they will help resolve the issue.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal or Amazon account.

WARRANTY CLAIM

Faye has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date. Basically, if parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free.

However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your jewelry item through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you consider your item to be faulty, please contact customercare@faye-jewelry.co. Our customer services team will then be in contact with you to discuss your warranty claim.
